Commend presents GPT-powered assistant for technical documentation

The technical documentation for Commend systems is as versatile and extensive as the systems themselves, with an almost endless number of functions and options. Finding the right information can be very time-consuming for technicians. But that is now a thing of the past, and a whole new era is dawning.

We are pleased to announce the launch of myGPT. myGPT is an AI-powered assistant that uses Retrieval Augmented Generation technology and is specifically tailored to our documentation. With the assistant, users can now dispense with traditional search methods and instead ask questions in natural language – and receive accurate answers immediately.

Key benefits:

  • The system can only answer questions that are covered in our provided documentation.
  • The documentation covers recent Server, Symphony and Cloud manuals and datasheets.
  • For the best results, be specific with your queries, additionally there is an integrated prompting help.
  • Multiple languages are recognized, just try asking a question in your native language.
  • AI can make mistakes - please verify important information.

The AI assistant myGPT is now available to all cLibrary users and will be continuously updated with additional documentation and further developed based on user feedback.

(1)   Only the current documentation can be accessed. For older versions, please use the cLibrary archive.
