The most effective security and communication systems work together
Systems for building management, PSIM, access or video management can access functions of Commend Intercom stations and modules via the Symphony MX Device API (Application Programming Interface). In addition to control and data exchange, automated workflows can be created across systems.
- Integration into other systems via standardised and secure API (encryption, authentication, user/tokens)
- Automated workflows which are triggered manually or via triggers (e.g. sensors, events, ...) (e.g. emergency message, alarm, announcements, ...)
- Call initiation or forwarding to specific persons or intercom stations
- In emergency situations, automatically switch intercom stations to emergency mode.
- Collecting data from intercom stations and evaluating it in another system (e.g. ambient volume measured in dB at a certain interval)
