This new service provides real-time monitoring, automatic firmware updates, and asset management to remotely resolve problems – even for devices that traditionally couldn’t be managed remotely, such as those connected through mesh networks or hosted on local servers.

One of the key features is the notifications option. Through a bell in the cloud interface as well as through emails sent directly to the user.

For example, if a device goes offline because of a lost internet connection, power outage, or accidental cable damage, an immediate notification is triggered.
